Congratulations you are taking the next step and booking an appointment to review what actions you need to take to get your farm/ranch generational plan in place. Please watch the video so you know what to expect.
It is important that the right people are on this call, so it is a good use of time and helpful for you. We will cover the following things in a meeting that will last 1-2 hours: who the players are, what your farm is like, what you would like to see happen, barriers and solutions. Think of this as a succession planning jumpstart. We can dive deep into any barriers you have such has how and when to talk to family, how to divide the assets, who do you need to have on you planning team and how to find them etc...
You will leave with insight into where you are at in the planning process and action steps on what to do next and these can vary based on what the needs/roadblocks are. After the call I will send you a detailed summary of what we talked about and what you indicated you wanted to have happen along with action steps to make this happen. This will be a great resource as you move forward with you planning team.
