How One Simple Post Can Attract Dozens of Dream Clients—Without Feeling Salesy"
Need an Easy Way to Attract Clients Without Being Salesy?
Start Using Lead Posts

Lead posts are one of the simplest—and most effective—ways to connect with the people you’re meant to serve.
They’re different from lead magnets. A lead magnet is usually a free tool or download. A lead post, on the other hand, is a value-driven social media post that sparks conversation, builds connection, and attracts ideal clients—without ever feeling like a pitch.
And the best part? You might already be reading and responding to lead posts without even realizing it. In my business, one well-crafted lead post can bring in 60–70 new leads in a week. It’s that powerful.
Let’s break it down.

What Is a Lead Post?
A lead post is a simple text-only post (no logos, no links, no graphics) that you share in Facebook groups or on your personal feed to start authentic conversations with your ideal clients.
These posts are designed to:
  • Grab attention with curiosity or truth
  • Create meaningful dialogue in the comments
  • Encourage private messages or connection requests
  • Build trust before you ever mention your offer
It’s not about going viral—it’s about getting visible in front of the right people.

What Makes a Great Lead Post?
Here’s the secret: simplicity and strategy. The best lead posts are:
Short and clear – aim for 1–3 lines
 Curiosity-driven or problem-focused
No graphics, links, or calls to action—just genuine conversation starters
Ends with a question or prompt to keep the thread going

Lead Post Examples You Can Use
Here are a few plug-and-play ideas you can post today:
  1. Did you know there are over 2,985 government grants available for small business owners? Curious?
  2. Most entrepreneurs delay starting their business for 3 years. Did you delay? Thoughts?
  3. 60% of people who want to start a business never do. What’s the biggest roadblock?
  4. 70% of people say their biggest worry is not having enough money in retirement. Does this surprise you?
  5. Most retirees still have 80% of their savings when they die. Do you plan to spend or save in retirement?
  6. Women over 50 are the fastest-growing group of entrepreneurs. What’s your theory on why?
Adapt these to fit your niche and audience—and make sure the tone sounds like you.

Pro Tips for Lead Post Success
Want to make your posts even more effective? Try these:
  • Reply to every comment with genuine curiosity
  • Move to DMs when someone seems aligned—but never pitch in the comments
  • Keep a journal of which topics get the most engagement
  • Stay authentic. These posts are about connection, not conversion
Final Thoughts: You Are Called for Impact
Lead posts aren’t just marketing—they’re fuel for those of us called to serve through business.
You don’t need fancy tech or funnels to start generating leads.
You need clarity, consistency, and a willingness to show up.

Remember:
You are perfectly equipped to connect with the people you’re meant to serve.
So go post. Ask a question. Spark a conversation.
Your next client might already be watching—just waiting for the right words.

Meet Heather Venenga

Hi, I’m Heather — and I’m so glad you’re here.

People often ask how I became so passionate about coaching, and the truth is… it wasn’t a straight line. I started my career in corporate America, doing the big work — leading multi-state operations, running large acquisitions, managing teams, and handling the kind of responsibility most people climb for years to reach. From the outside, it looked like I had “made it.”

But deep down, I knew God was preparing me for something different.
So I did something most people thought was crazy:

I stepped off the corporate ladder, moved back home to South Dakota, and supported my husband as he took over the family farm. In that transition, I became a financial advisor — which sounds neat and tidy, the first years were amazing but the truth is I hit a very hard year at about year 5.  I was struggling, overwhelmed, and honestly questioning everything.

And then I made another bold (and slightly terrifying) decision…
I hired a coach.

Her fee was more than I had made the entire year before. It made zero logical sense.

But I knew I needed help.
Within the first six weeks, I made $70,000.
That was the moment coaching changed my life.
Not just financially — but in how I saw possibility, calling, and the power of having the right support.

I coached inside that program for four years, helping entrepreneurs at every stage find clarity, build confidence, and turn their ideas into income. At the same time, I continued to grow as an advisor and even owned my own firm for part of that journey. I loved entrepreneurship. I loved helping people. I loved seeing transformation happen.

But I missed coaching — the heart work, the impact work, the life-changing work.

So I created my own company: CFI Coaching – Called for Impact.

Today, I help entrepreneurs grow purpose-driven, revenue-generating businesses with clarity, confidence, and simple strategies that actually work. I also teach people how to write and launch bestselling books — just like I have — so they can expand their influence, stand out in their industry, and grow their market share.

Over the years, I’ve developed a system I’m incredibly proud of — a blend of faith-led clarity, organic social media growth, authentic client attraction, and a proven 10-hour weekly rhythm that helps people grow their business without burnout.

I believe the worldwide web is one of the most amazing gifts for entrepreneurs. Never in history have we had the ability to reach people across the globe, share our message, and build businesses simply by showing up consistently and authentically.

And that’s why I created The 10:10 Impact Club — a community where entrepreneurs can grow their business, strengthen their impact, and step into the abundance God designed for them… without sacrificing their peace, their family, or their life.

I’m honored you’re here, and I can’t wait to support you on this journey.
Let’s build something incredible together.
