I had just opened my own financial firm. Revenue was strong. I was checking all the boxes of success. But deep down, I felt like I wasn’t helping people the way I was meant to. Something inside me kept whispering, there’s more.
Then one day, a coach asked me a question that changed everything:
"What could you do all day long and love it?"
Without hesitation, I answered, “Write business plans.”
She smiled and said, “That’s it.”
That one question unlocked something in me. I tapped into my coaching background, launched a beta group around writing business plans, and quickly discovered something surprising: Most people didn’t just want a business plan—they wanted a business that made an impact.
That insight became the seed of what is now Called for Impact Coaching. Through this journey, I found the missing piece I’d been searching for. I love what I do. Coaching Christian women over 50 to launch coaching and consulting businesses isn’t just fulfilling—it’s the thing I was called to do.
Recently, I saw a post titled “50 Questions to Find Your Vision.” And while I respect the intention, I couldn’t help but shake my head.
You don’t need 50 questions. You just need one.
What could you do all day long and love it?
That question, when answered honestly, can change everything.
Vision isn’t out there somewhere, hiding behind a long list of questions or someone else’s idea of success.
Your purpose-led vision is already within you. You just need to pause, look inward, and listen.
In my coaching programs, people often tell me that discovering their vision was the most transformational part of the journey. It used to surprise me—but now I hear it all the time.
Life has a way of dimming the light inside of us. Responsibilities, disappointments, and the noise of other people’s opinions can make it hard to remember who we really are. But that light is still there. You are still called. You are still here for impact.
